Yugen Holistic Healing (hereinafter referred to as “the Establishment”) offers complementary and alternative healing modalities that include, but are not limited to, Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, Past Life Healing, Crystal Therapy, Aura Scanning, Vastu Energy Alignment, Akashic Intelligence, and Intuitive Spiritual Counseling.

The Establishment expressly disclaims any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from the use of its services as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No information on this website shall be construed as an attempt to offer or render a medical opinion or otherwise engage in the practice of medicine.

Services offered are available to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. For minors, prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory. By availing any service, the client affirms their legal capacity to consent and agrees to the terms herein.

5. Remote Session Communication and Risks

The Establishment may provide remote sessions via digital communication tools such as WhatsApp, Zoom, or similar platforms. Clients acknowledge:

  • Such sessions are not governed under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
  • There are inherent risks associated with electronic communications, and the Establishment shall not be held liable for any data breaches, message delays, or miscommunications resulting therefrom.

Clients are advised to consult a medical professional before using any product, particularly during pregnancy, lactation, or concurrent medication.

9. Spiritual Neutrality and Ethics

Yugen Holistic Healing does not promote, endorse, or align itself with any particular religion or sectarian belief system. Services are delivered in a spiritually neutral, inclusive, and non-discriminatory manner. Ethical conduct, informed consent, and client dignity are paramount in all interactions.

10. Emergency Situations

The Establishment does not provide emergency or crisis support. In cases of medical emergencies, mental health crises, or suicidal ideation, clients are urged to immediately contact the nearest hospital, emergency helpline, or licensed healthcare provider.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consumer Rights

Yugen Holistic Healing adheres to the principles of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Clients are advised to:

  • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling;
  • Note that refunds shall be governed by the Establishment’s internal policies and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Any consumer grievance may first be addressed internally. In case of unresolved disputes, parties may exercise their legal remedies through the appropriate jurisdictional consumer court or forum.

12. Force Majeure

The Establishment shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure arises due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, telecommunication breakdowns, internet outages, or practitioner unavailability due to health reasons.

13. Jurisdiction

All legal matters arising out of this Disclaimer & Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
